Senior Day

Senior adults this is YOUR day!!! The second Monday of each month we have scheduled activities just for you!!! You can participate in part or all of the following activities:

10:30 - 11:30 am Register, Fellowship & Games, Free Blood Pressure Screenings
11:30 - 12 noon Lunch is served
12:00 - 1:00 pm Guest Speaker

The only cost is $5 per person if you'll be having lunch. The guest speaker will be a professional from our community, and they will address topics that are of particular interest to the senior adult population. The "fun & games" part is a great time of fellowship. We can provide some games, or you can bring things you enjoy and may want to share with the group.

Staying Active & Staying Ageless

This fitness program is designed to fit the lifestyle of today's senior adult as well as the person just beginning to exercise. The class meets Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9:30a.m.-10:30a.m. The cost is $3 per class or $15 per month.
