Cardio Equipment & Weight Room Orientation every Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.   Please sign up in advance at the ROC Welcome Desk by calling 256.704.5678 ext. 762.

Personal Trainers.  Get in shape with one of our nationally certified trainers.  $25.00 per one (1) hour session.  To schedule your session, contact us or call Jane Baker at 256.704.5678 ext. 715.

Body Sculpt

Class Costs: Unlimited Month $15 or $3 per class.


Class Descriptions:

Awesome Abs – 20 minutes of abdominal, back and core strengthening

Body Sculpt – Strengthening the entire body with the use of hand held weights, resistance tubes, fitness balls, and bands.

Cardio Circuit - With the use of resistance tubes, fitness balls, the BOSU and weights, you will improve your balance, sculpt your muscles and best of all burn fat!

Cardio Sculpt & Muscleworks - Rev up your heart rate, strengthen and condition your body for one power packed hour using weights, tubing, bands and fitness balls.

Kickboxing – Kick & jab your way into excellent condition! This is an awesome way to burn lots of calories and get into great shape, but it is not for the faint of heart!

Marathon Class - This class does it all! Step, Medicine balls, BOSU, fitness balls, weights, bands, & tubing.

Step & Sculpt – Step choreography for the first 30 minutes of class and sculpt with weights, tubes, bands, and fitness balls for the last 30 minutes. All fitness levels are welcome and will get a workout during this class!
