Chapter 41

The Chapter 41 Band was formed as an opportunity for students and their peers to use their instrumental gifts within a vital music ministry. They provide the SWAT choirs with a live music platform as opposed to a recorded backup. The band adds dimension to SWAT as a whole and provides a wider appreciate of the arts.

Positions available within the band include:

Drum Set
Aux. Percussion (congas, bongos, tambourine, etc.)
Lead Guitar – acoustic/electric
Rhythm Guitar – acoustic/electric
Bass Guitar
Keyboard/Piano
Synthesizer
Horns: Trumpet, Trombone, Saxophone (Sop., Alto, Tenor, Bari.)

Chapter 41 is open to any student 8th to 12th grade by audition/interview only. Auditions will take place throughout the year. At least 2 years of expereince on an instrument is preferred.
