Christian Women's Job Corps (CWJC) www.cwjc.net
The mission of Christian Women’s Job Corps of Madison County, a faith-based, non-profit agency, is to equip area women with life and employment skills needed for them to obtain self sufficiency. With the help of area volunteers, our goal is to break the cycle of poverty, be it financial or poverty of spirit. Opportunities for ministry include assisting with GED tutoring (math & English), assisting the computer teacher in computer classes, providing lunch for the ladies, and serving as a mentor. Christian Women’s Job Corps is a ministry of WMU.
